    Share your store locations, current billing setup and how you take orders today.

  2. Set up your catalogue and channels

    We review your item data, configure the storefront and WhatsApp, and agree how you’ll take payments and fulfil orders.

  3. Train your team and run a test order

    Walk through the setup with your staff, from receiving an order to handing it over. Go live when the workflow is ready.

Do I need to replace my current POS?

Tell us what you use today. We’ll check what data can be imported or connected and whether you can start with online ordering alongside your current setup.

What do I need to share to get started?

Start with store details and an item list or a catalogue export if you have one. We’ll help you work through barcode mapping, images and channel setup.

Who handles delivery?

Depending on your store and location, you can use your own riders, a supported delivery provider or pickup. We’ll agree the options during onboarding.

What will it cost?

We’ll share the setup and subscription fees with your proposal. Payment processing, delivery and usage-based WhatsApp charges are explained separately where they apply.
